The CN0124 can be used with most size 17 and size 23 step motors. Employing mid-band anti-resonance circuitry, the CN0124 suppresses mid-band instability, permitting reliable motor operation at all speeds with full motor torque available for driving your load.

A wide power supply voltage and phase current range allows the CN0124 to drive motors with current ratings from 50 mA to 2 Amps at 10-46 volts. A unique "fill" circuit smoothly transitions from half stepping at low speeds to full stepping at high speeds to extract the maximum power from your motor.

The Step and Direction inputs are optically isolated for maximum noise immunity, while a high frequency "constant off time" chopper circuit maximizes efficiency. Robust circuit design and an epoxy encapsulated package contribute to a rugged and reliable step motor drive.
